Terms of service

Welcome to Glossira Organic. We are so glad you are here. By visiting our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the simple and fair terms below. We have written them in plain language, because we believe a good relationship is built on clarity and honesty.

About our products: we offer skincare and beauty products chosen with love and care. We try our very best to show accurate photos, shades and descriptions, but please remember that colours can look slightly different on different screens, and results can vary gently from person to person. Our products are meant to support healthy, glowing skin — they are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to treat any medical condition.

Patch test, please: everyone's skin is beautifully unique. Before using any new product fully, we lovingly recommend a small patch test on your arm. If you have sensitive skin or any known allergies, please read the ingredients and consult a professional if you are unsure.

Orders and pricing: all prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices, run offers, or limit quantities. Once you place an order, we will confirm it — and in the rare case we cannot fulfil it (for example, an item goes out of stock), we will inform you right away and arrange a full refund where needed.

Your responsibilities: please provide correct order and delivery information, and use our products as directed. When you shop with us, you confirm that the details you share are true and that you are able to make the purchase.

Returns & refunds: these are covered gently and fully in our Refund Policy. Please read it alongside these terms — together they explain exactly how we look after you.

Fair use: all content on this website — our name, logo, text, and images — belongs to Glossira Organic and is here for you to enjoy as a customer. Kindly do not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.

Here for you: if anything is ever unclear, or if a situation arises that these terms do not cover, please just talk to us on WhatsApp at +92 309 7178187. We would always rather solve things kindly, as human beings, than hide behind fine print. Thank you for being part of the Glossira Organic family.
