Where we deliver: we proudly ship all across Pakistan — from big cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Peshawar to the smaller towns and villages in between. Wherever you are, your glow can reach you.

Delivery time: most orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. After dispatch, your parcel usually arrives within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city and courier. Remote areas may take a little longer, but we will always keep you updated.

Cash on Delivery (COD): yes, we offer Cash on Delivery everywhere in Pakistan! You only pay when your order is safely in your hands — no advance payment needed, no worries. This is our way of earning your trust from the very first order.

Shipping charges: any delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm, so there are never any hidden surprises. From time to time we also run free delivery offers — keep an eye on our banner to catch them.

Order tracking: once your parcel is on its way, we will share your tracking details over WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow its journey to you. If it ever feels like your order is taking too long, just message us on WhatsApp at +92 309 7178187 and we will check on it personally.

Please help us help you: kindly provide a complete address and an active phone number so our courier can reach you smoothly. If a COD parcel cannot be delivered after a couple of honest attempts, it may be returned to us — so do answer the courier's call when it comes.
