Refund policy

At Glossira Organic, your happiness is the heart of everything we do. We want you to feel completely confident every time you shop with us, which is why we have made our return and refund process as simple, warm and worry-free as possible.

If something is not quite right with your order, please do not stress — we are here to make it better. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible, the product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same lovely condition in which it reached you. For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products that have been opened or used can only be returned if they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

How to start a return: simply message us on WhatsApp at +92 309 7178187 with your order number and a short note (and a photo, if the item arrived damaged). Our team will guide you through every step personally — no long forms, no confusing rules, just real people ready to help.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation and process your refund promptly. For prepaid orders, the amount is returned to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange your refund through an easy bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, whichever is most convenient for you. Please allow a few working days for the amount to reflect.

Damaged or wrong items: if your order ever arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, we are truly sorry — and we will make it right at no extra cost to you. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

A few gentle notes: return shipping for a change of mind may be arranged by the customer, while any return caused by our mistake is always on us. Sale or clearance items may be final sale, and this will always be clearly mentioned on the product page.
